The length of each tour changes depending on the location or landmark. Some tours may be 30 minutes, while others can be 2 -3 hours. Each tour specifies its length on the tour page. Furthermore, the length of individual chapters can also be found for longer tours.
Absolutely! Our tours are designed for you to explore at your own pace, pausing and resuming as you wish. Depending on your app, you can also listen at different speeds.Â
Yes, you can easily pause the tour and pick up where you left off at any time. You have complete access to your tour for 30 days after purchase.
While our tours can be downloaded for offline use, you’ll need an initial internet connection to download them. Once downloaded on an app, no further connection is required.

Unless stated otherwise, tours do not include entrance tickets into any attraction, museum, landmark etc. Our tours only provide the Curious Cat audio guide for a specified location.Â
Unlike most tour companies and museums, we do not charge you for each individual taking the tour. Our self-guided audio tours allow up to 10 devices to access the tour, more than enough for most families and holiday companions!Â
By only charging you for one tour, Curious Cat is a much cheaper solution than traditional audio tours, which charge each person for an individual listening device.Â
Many tour companies do not provide refunds. Curious Cat is different. We want to make sure you enjoy our tours and therefore have a generous refund policy.
For new customers, we offer a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if you’re unsatisfied with the tour. Please contact our support team for assistance.
